Service advisors Jerred Cruz and Tyler Rodriguez were fantastic. I came in for an oil change and they both communicated with me and took great care of my car. I highly recommend both of them. In and out under 2 hours.

Took my 2025 Sierra 1500 in for routine oil change. Whole team was great — the desk advisor had me checked in fast and sent text updates. They checked everything to spec, checked tire pressure, topped off fluids, and service was straight up and got me out quick under an hour . Truck came back clean. That’s how service should be.

It was my first visit and it was great experience! Big shout out for Jerrell Giddins who greeted me and went over appointment services. I asked about the coupon/promotions, and he kindly went over all available options. After choosing the promotion for oil change, he informed me how long it may take and led me to the waiting lounge.
